ILH LEGAL FIRMS TO COMBINE UNDER NATIONAL BRAND ROCKWELL OLIVIER


Integrated Legal Holdings Limited (ILH or the Company) has announced that the Companys legal
services businesses of Argyle Lawyers (Sydney), Rockwell Bates (Melbourne) and Talbot Olivier (Perth) will
combine under the national trading name Rockwell Olivier.
The transition to Rockwell Olivier is expected to be completed in March 2013.
In August 2012, the Company had announced as the next stage of its strategic development an anticipated
move towards more consistent branding across member firms, designed to accelerate collaboration across
the Group and achieve synergies generally.
ILH Managing Director Graeme Fowler said: We have a unique strategic opportunity through Rockwell
Olivier to bring our member firms together under one brand and strategy to provide our clients with an
enriched service offering, provide our employees with enhanced prospects, and provide the Companys
shareholders with the potential for increased revenue growth and cost efficiency.
Rockwell Olivier is more than a name change; its a desire to combine into a national law firm that is an
improved version of the individual firms.
Background
The ILH strategy is to acquire legal services businesses and support these businesses to grow, improve
performance and achieve revenue synergies through collaboration.
ILH has two divisions Legal Services and Law Central (an internet based legal document and information
service).
As an aggregation, the Legal Services division has until now operated with multiple brands, marketing
strategies, websites, and with essentially individual firm business strategies.
Whilst this has served well to date, the ILH strategy anticipated achieving a more effective business model
once the timing was right.
In this regard, Rockwell Olivier is a significant strategic development.
The Company anticipates significant synergies being available under this strategy, including revenue growth
opportunities resulting from a national approach and a consistent client and marketing strategy, as well as
cost synergies from the streamlining of brands, websites, and marketing.

strong future growth prospects and the development of Rockwell Olivier is another important step in the
