PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Overall objectives
The overall goal of the project is to
relieve the employment saturation of
Berbera town by enabling 38 youth
returnees of both sexes acquire
employable skills through enterprise
based
vocational
training
that
satisfactorily meet both the clientele
needs as well as the market demand,
and to provide 60 illiterate returnee
youth with accelerated literacy and
numeracy program for 5 months.

Intermediate Goal l
To provide employable skills with
demonstrated labor shortages in
Berbera to 38 male and female1iteratereturnee youth for a period of 5/8
months by July 2008.
