product capacity of 400 ton/hr without the material passed through
the grizzly feeder

Main primary crusher will be of single toggle JAW type equipped with automatic lubrication / greasing system ,
soft starter drive and fitted with discharge rock box chute.
It must be supported with automatic hydraulic CSS
. control .and equipped with rock breaker
the secondary crusher of horizontal-shaft impactor type equipped with automatic greasing system, automatic
tramp iron release system and automatic hydraulic CSS
setting , drive will be soft-starter type . electrical hoist for
. the purpose of maintenance
the horizontal-shaft impactor discharge will be fed to the main vibrating screen (which composed of two identical
screens ) to get the required products and the oversize
must be re-feed to the HSI crusher again
the primary hopper capacity will be 35 cum and must be fitted with liners
provision of hoisting system of min. 5 ton capacity with proper lifting tackles to remove oversize boulder

Grizly feeder has facility to remove fines material from 0 20 mm and is equipped with variable voltage and
variable frequency drive to have control on jaw crusher
feed
the main vibrating screen should be able to withstand the impact of primary crushed material
all vibrating screen must be equipped with automatic lubrication system
all conveyors must be equipped with walkway , Emergency switch ,pull cord switch and drive side have
maintenance platform
all conveyors must be equipped with digital weigher with large memory
all components of the plant are of heavy duty type all product conveyors must be of length not less than 20 m with min. 50 cm wide
the plant must have automatic control system all the components must be manufactured in USA , Japan ,Europe
all conveyors must be selected on the basis of the max. capacity of the plant
the tender should give the full details of each .equipments, structures , electrical
hard copy of maintenance , workshop and operation (3) manuals plus soft one
recommended spare part for 5 years operation original tool box include all tools and measurement kit required during assembly and disassembly of all
components of the plant
- Bidders must guarantee the plant productivity as mentioned In their
offers.
- The plant is supported with automatic truck loading system
