Raw Vegan Pizza with


Sprouted Nut Cheese
1 pizza (serves one as an entree, two as appetizer)
4 tbsp raw sprouted cashew butter
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 small garlic cloves, minced
1 raw wrap (I used Raw Bakery brand Tomato wrap)
1 tomato, chopped fine
7-8 olives, sliced
1/2 cup thinly sliced yellow and red bell peppers
Sprouted peas/lentils/chickpeas/mung beans
tsp coriander
tsp cumin
tsp dried oregano
Coarse salt (I used pink Himalayan)
Ground black pepper
About 5 basil leaves, slivered
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the cashew butter, water, and
nutritional yeast until the texture is creamy, like melted cheese. Add
about one minced garlic clove (about 1/2 teaspoon), and salt and pepper
generously. Set aside.
2. In another bowl, mix the chopped tomato, dried oregano, and the rest
of the minced garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. In another bowl, toss the sprouted peas/lentils/chickpeas etc with
coriander, cumin, salt and pepper.
4. To assemble: lay the wrap on a large plate and add the toppings in
ordertomatoes, bell pepper slices, nut cheese, olives, sprouts, and basil.
Enjoy!

Coconut Curry Sauce with Nut Butter


(Makes 4 servings)

2 TBSP. LOVE RAW FOODS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL


1 TSP. GINGER-GARLIC PASTE
2 TBSP. TOMATOES, CHOPPED
2 TBSP. ONIONS, FINELY CHOPPED
1 TBSP. CURRY POWDER
1 cupS COCONUT MILK
1 TSP. CRUSHED RED PEPPER FLAKES
1 TSP. LEMON JUICE
SALT TO TASTE
2 TBSP. CHOPPED PARSLEY FOR GARNISH
2 TBSP. SOY SAUCE (OPTIONAL)

Place a wok or pan on a medium ame and saut the ingredients in the following order ginger garlic paste, onions, tomatoes, red pepper akes, and curry powder. Curry powder should
be added at the end and should be sauted at low-medium ame
as it tends to burn and change color easily.
Once the curry powder fragrance emerges add the coconut milk
and simmer (remove and cook). Just before the mixture reaches
the boiling point, remove from cooking top.
In a small bowl combine the macadamia-cashew nut butter
with water and whisk well until smooth. Add this to the coconut
curry sauce along with lemon juice and stir well, garnish with
parsley leaves. Best served over rice or noodles.

platter. You may also spread one half of the platter with

combination.
Spread the rest of the ingredients one after the other,
the vegetables can be scaled up or down according to
personal preference. Garnish with parsley and serve
with raw, organic Cheezy Kale Earth Chips.

Tahini Butter Hummus


(Makes 4 servings)

1 TBSP. BETTER THAN ROASTED TAHINI


SESAME SEED BUTTER
2 cupS SHELLED EDAMAME
2 TSP. FRESH GINGER JUICE
1 CLOVE CRUSHED GARLIC

1 TBSP. LEMON JUICE
1 TBSP. OLIVE OIL, DURING BLENDING

BLACK PEPPER AS NEEDED
For ginger juice extract, grate the ginger and
squeeze out the juice.
Cook edamame seeds in salted boiling water for 5
minutes. Drain and allow it to cool. Once at room
temperature, combine edamame and remaining
ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with parsley
and drizzle a teaspoon of olive oil. Enjoy with pita
chips or celery sticks or carrots.

Vegan Lasagna with Raw Nut Butter


(Makes 8 servings)

SAUCE

LASAGNA

2 TBSP. LOVE RAW FOODS TM


16 OZ. LASAGNA NOODLE
CUP FRESH MUSHROOMS, SLICED
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
2 TBSP. MINCED GARLIC
1 CHOPPED ONIONS
10 OZ. SPINACH
1/3 CUP TOMATO PASTE
SALT & BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
4 CANS STEWED TOMATOES
2 LBS. SOFT TOFU
3 TBSP. MINCED GARLIC
2 TSP. ITALIAN SEASONING
NUTRITIONAL YEAST
5 TBSP. LOVE RAW FOODS tm
2 TSP. LEMON JUICE
SALT TO TASTE
CASHEW BUTTER
BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
Sauce: In a heavy sauce pan , saut onions in olive oil until
they are soft. Add garlic, cook for few minutes, add in the
tomatoes, tomato paste, and Italian seasoning. Stir well and
simmer for an hour, then stir in nutritional yeast and lemon
juice. Finish with salt and pepper.
Lasagna: Boil the lasagna noodles for 9 minutes, then
drain and rinse well. Mix tofu, with minced garlic, basil, and
parsley, mash together with hands until well mixed. In a
rectangular pan spread the tomato sauce and arrange a
layer of noodles, sprinkle the tofu mixture on the top.
Spread the chopped spinach on top, pour in tomato sauce
over this and top it with noodles. Repeat the layering with
the reminder of tofu mixture and nish with the tomato
sauce over everything. Cover the pan with foil and bake the
lasagna for 30 minutes.
Once the lasagna is ready, beat the raw cashew nut butter
and add on top of lasagna before serving.

Veggie Wrap with Nut Spread


10 HAVIT RAW BASIL, CURRY OR TOMATO
WRAPS

Spread the sesame seed butter over the tortilla.
Arrange all the ingredients in a row, sprinkle salt
and pepper. Roll the tortilla tightly so as to hold the
contents.
Cut at the center and enjoy for a scrumptious
lunch. Alternatively you can use any Love Raw
Foods seed butter for a different tasting wrap
each time.

Raw Vegan Ravioli with


Sprouted Walnut Pesto
12-16 raviolis
1 yellow summer squash
4 cups basil, roughly chopped
1/4 cup Better Than Roasted sprouted walnut butter
1/4 cup sprouted walnuts
(regular walnuts will also work)
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
about 10 sundried tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup Love Raw Foods tahini
5-6 tbsp water
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1. In a blender or food processor, blend the basil, minced garlic,
walnut butter, and walnuts. (If it has trouble blending, add 1 tbsp
water). Salt and pepper generously and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini and the water, adding
a few tablespoons of water at a time until creamy and absorbed.
Add the chopped sundried tomatoes and mix well to form a paste.
3. With a very sharp knife, carefully slice the squash into rounds of
about 1/32 thickness. This takes time, but it will be worth it!
4. To assemble, lay one round of squash on a plate. Add about 1 tsp
of the sundried tomato mixture. Top with another squash piece
and seal the edges down with a nger or a fork. Repeat until all the
squash rounds are used. Drizzle with the pesto sauce, and a bit of
raw tahini.

Cacao-Coconut Truffles
1 CUP LOVE RAW FOODS tm CACAO BUTTER

Warm cacao butter in pan over low heat to melt.
Combine melted cacao butter with all other ingredients in a bowl and mix until ingredients can be
shaped into a rm ball. Roll mixture into 1 to 1 1/2
inch trufes and set on a tray. Refrigerate for 15
minutes to rm trufes.

No-Bake Macaroons
5 CUPs LOVE RAW FOODStm SHREDDED COCONUT
1 CUP LOVE RAW FOODStm ALMOND MEAL

LOVE RAW FOODStm VANILLA EXTRACT TO TASTE
CHOCOLATE SAUCE TO DIP OR DRIZZLE
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, adding just
enough water until the mixture sticks together and
can be formed into a ball.
Use a small ice cream scoop or tablespoon to form
1 1/2 inch balls.
Press onto a baking sheet so that the bottoms of
the macaroons are at.
Dip in chocolate if desired and enjoy!

Almond Butter Fudge


1 CUP LOVE RAW FOODS tm ALMOND BUTTER
CUP LOVE RAW FOODS tm COCONUT OIL
1 TBSP. ORGANIC HONEY
PINCH OF SALT
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl at room
temperature so that they blend well.
Transfer the contents to a baking dish, previously
lined with a plastic sheet. Make sure the ends of
the plastic sheet extend beyond the edges of the
dish. Pour mixture into baking dish and smooth top
with a spatula. Freeze for about an hour.
Once set, remove the fudge from the baking dish
with the help of the plastic sheet and cut into
squares or diamonds. Fudge needs to stay frozen
until served; pieces will melt if left at room temperature.

Raw Vegan Hummingbird Cake


1 8 diameter round cake or about 9 small cupcakes Cake
3 1/2 cup shredded carrots (6 skinny)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 shredded coconut
1/4 cup reconstituted dried pineapple, chopped
1/4 cup chopped nuts (Better Than Roasted sprouted mixed nuts,
a medley of almonds, pecans, walnuts, and cashews)
1/2 cup raisins
6 chopped dates (soak in water to soften, if needed)
Icing
6 tbsp sprouted almond butter
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp maple syrup
1. Clean, trim, and peel the carrots. Chop nely and put in a food
processor or a blender. Add the spices, the vanilla extract, and
coconut oil, and process until the texture is very ne.
2. Reconstitute the dried pineapple (about 1 ring), the raisins, and
the dates in a bit of water. When the pineapple and dates are softer,
take out, gently squeeze out excess water, and chop into small
pieces; set aside. Drain the raisins and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, mix the carrot mixture, the fruits (pineapple,
dates, raisins), shredded coconut, chopped nuts, until well combined.
4.Put the cake mixture in a cake pan or a cupcake pan, pressing
down rmly with a spatula. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
5.When the cake is chill enough, its ready to ice.In a small bowl,
whisk together the almond butter, water, and maple syrup. Spread
as thickly over the cake as you dare. For an artistic touch, sprinkle
with more coconut akes and chopped nutsand feel free to decorate with owers, or even feathers!
Suggestions: You can also make this into a layer cake by putting a
layer of icing between cake layers, and then chilling.
Also, dont be afraid to mold it into any shape you want! It will hold
as long as you chill it enough and press down rmly.
