1. Goibibo.com is ONLY a bus ticket agent and does not operate bus
serv ices of its own. We prov ide inf ormation in good f aith to help
passengers to make an inf ormed decision such as comprehensiv e
choice of bus operators, departure times, prices and other required
inf ormation to customers. We adv ice our customers to choose those
bus serv ice they f eel comf ortable with.
2. Our responsibilities includes
a. Issuing a v alid ticket (a ticket that will be accepted by the bus
operator) f or its network of bus operators.
b. Prov iding ref und and support in the ev ent of cancellation
c. Prov iding customer support and inf ormation in case of any
delay s / inconv enience
3. Our responsibilities does not includes, howev er we do our best to
prov ide best av ailable serv ices.
a. The bus operator's bus not departing / reaching on time.
b. The bus operator's employ ees being rude
c. The bus operator's bus seats etc not being up to the customer's
expectation.
d. The bus operator canceling the trip due to unav oidable reasons.
e. The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged.
f . The bus operator changing a customer's seat at the last minute
to accommodate a lady / child.
g. The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the
bus operator to f ind out the exact boarding point if y ou are not a
regular trav eler on that particular bus).
h. The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pickup v ehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus
departure point.
4. The departure time and duration mentioned on the ticket is only
tentativ e timings. Howev er the bus will not leav e the source bef ore
the time that is mentioned on the ticket.
5. Passengers are required to f urnish the f ollowing at the time of
boarding the bus:
a. A Valid copy of ticket (M-Ticket OR print out of the ticket).
b. A v alid identity proof Failing to do so, they may not be allowed
to board the bus.
6. Change of bus: In case the bus operator changes the ty pe of bus
due to some reason, Goibibo will ref und the dif f erential amount to the
customer upon being intimated by the customers in 24 hours of the
journey .

7. Cancellation

8. A ticket will be considered 'booked' as long as the ticket shows up on the
conf irmation page of www.goibibo.com ev en in case the case of booking
conf irmation e-mail and sms gets delay ed or f ails because of technical
reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number prov ided by
the user etc.
9. Griev ances and claims related to the bus journey should be reported to
Goibibo support team within 10 day s of y our trav el date.
10. Cancellation policy mentioned on website OR on ticket is of trav els and
does not decided by Goibibo. Goibibo does not lev y any cancellation
charges. Serv ice charge will be ref unded, if collected.
11. For any insurance related query please call ICICI Lombard directly @
18002666 (Toll f ree). Y ou will receiv e one SMS & email stating policy
details shortly af ter ticket purchase. Please keep y our policy number
handy while calling them.
