OnDecember23,1913theUnitedStatesCongresspassedtheFEDERALRESERVEACT
andbythatcommittedthegreatestactofTREASONinU.S.history.Itsurrenderedthenation's
sovereigntyandsoldtheAmericanpeopleintoslaverytoacabalofarchcharlatanbankerswho
proceededtoplunder,bankrupt,andconquerthisnationwithaMONEYSWINDLE.
The"money"thebanksissueismerelybookkeepingentries.Itcoststhemnothingandisnot
backedbytheirwealth,efforts,property,orrisk.ItisnotredeemableexceptinmoreDEBT
paper.TheFederalReserveActforcedustopaycompoundinterestonthinair.Wenowuse
worthless"NOTES"backedbyourowncreditthatwecannotownandaremadesubjectto
compelledperformanceforthe"PRIVILEGE."
From1913until1933theU.S.paid"interest"withmoreandmoregold.Thestructured
inevitabilitysoontranspiredtheTreasuryoftheUnitedStates'governmentwasempty,the
debtwasgreaterthanever,andtheU.S.declaredbankruptcy.Inexchangeforusingnotes
belongingtobankerswhocreatethemoutofNOTHINGonourcredit,weareforcedtorepayin
substance(labor,property,land,businesses,resourceslife)ineverincreasingamounts.This
IStheGREATESTHEISTANDFRAUDofalltime.
Whenagovernmentgoesbankrupt,itlosesitssovereignty.In1933theU.S.declared
bankruptcy,asexpressedinRoosevelt'sExecutiveOrder6073,6102,6111,and6260,House
JointResolution192ofJune5,1933,confirmedinPerryv.U.S.,(1935)294U.S.330,38179

ThebankruptU.S.wentintoreceivership,reorganizedinfavorof115creditorsandnew
owners.In1913,congressturnedoverAmericalock,stockandbarreltoahandfulofcriminals
whoseavowedintentfromthebeginningwastoplunder,bankrupt,conquerandenslavethe
peopleoftheunitedStatesofAmericaandeliminatethenationfromthefaceoftheearth.The
goalwas,andis,toabsorbAmericaintoaoneworldprivatelyownedcommercialgovernment.
A"NEWWORLDORDER."
WiththeErieR.R.v.Thompkinscaseof1938theSupremeCourtconfirmedtheirsuccess.We
arenowinaninternationalprivatecommercialjurisdictionincolorableadmiraltymaritimeunder
theLawMerchant.Wehavebeenconnedandbetrayedoutofoursovereignty,rights,property,
freedom,commonlaw,ArticleIIIcourts,andourREPUBLIC.TheBillofRightshasbeen
statutizedinto"civilrights"incommerce.

Phillips,(1975)(affirmed)andcreatedacitizenshipforcorporations(abstract)statutoryentities,
whicharetheproductsanddefinitionsofthelegislatureandarefullytaxableandregulatable

CRIMINALS.Thisinvalidatesyour"authority"andrendersNULLANDVOIDabsolutely,all
moralobligationtopayallegianceortoobeytheTREASONOUSSYSTEMyouenforcewith
suchmechanicalavariciousness,viciousnessandmaliceaforethought.
If,You,"publicservants"haveanyshredofhumanity,awe,heart,clarity,sanity,accesstoyour
truebeingandconscienceleft,youwouldinstantlyresignanddoeverythingpossibletoinform
theAmericanpeopleoftheirplightandhelpusretrieveourrightsandourcountry.Onlybysuch
meanscanyouevenbegintoatoneforyourendlesscrimesagainsthumanityandthelivesyou
soarrogantlyandmindlesslybutcherwiththe"meatgrinderofthelaw."
YouDIDNOTCREATEthelivesyou"legally"assault.TheyDONOTbelongtoyou.Ignorance
ofthelaw(moralandnaturallaw)isnoexcuse.YouCANNOTengageinbringingharmtolife,
andliketheNazi'sdefenseatNuerenbergclaimthatyouweresimplydoingyourdutyand
followingorders.MoralandnaturallawareNOTobviatedbyignorance,hubrisandself
