Behind

the scenes: Hospital scene

In the hospital scene we

had to do our actors
makeup (gun shot).
To do this we used the
fake blood we bought
from party accessories
shop in Brentford.
To further the idea of her
being shot and the blood
bleeding through the
bandage I decided to pin
point the places where
the bandage would
overlap the gunshot and
place more fake blood on
it to make it seem more
realistic and like she was
actually shot.
To make the shot seem
more realistic I began to
use cotton wool I found in
the first aid kit to dab to
blood onto the skin and
bandage. This made sure
that the lines of the blood
were not clean and
improve the reality of her
shot wound. After a while I
began to discover that
could not be done all the
time and so I resulted in
after laying on layer of
blood I would then add
another layer placing the
blood straight onto the
wound to layer it quicker
and easier.

The office scene was hard to shoot because we were shooting in a much more restricted
area than before. This meant we were left to a much more finalised idea where we had to
accurate decisions on how to film a certain thing and not faff around with loads of filming
w didnt need. Furthermore our actor had a tight schedule and we couldnt keep him for
hours and hours so we were forced to film his scenes first and all the others after which
for a while left us with a confused mind-set due to not understanding the schedule in our
brains fully but we understood very quickly and there was little upset anymore.
