Conclusions:
1. A friendly learning environment increases the oral expression for new immigrant
children.
2. Combined reading and writing for writing education which can improve faith of
writing and oral expression.
3. Teacher understand the influence on Chinese learning and native language is
beneficial to the further understanding of improving teaching methods and results.
4. New immigrant children to learned conjunctive words, which affect the skill in
conjunctive words for reading and writing.
5. The teach method of guiding to write by picture books, which was interesting in
reading and writing for new immigrant children.
6. After the application, new immigrant children improved the capability of content
composition and organisation.
