Achievements and Interests


College: Group project formed by four business students and four
engineering students to fulfil our college curriculum resulted in the
following awards: Runner up in CIT prize of innovation, winners of
best business plan in the CIT prize of innovation, best multi-discipline
project in Cork and winners of IMEC competition held in London. My
main role within the group was the drawing up of forecasted accounts,
highlighting the company’s potential profitability, the creation of the
web page and general delegation and organisation.

I was also a member of an All Ireland Rugby Fresher Year winning


team.

School: Captain of the school rugby team.


Member of the school soccer squad.

Other: Participated in British Open chess competition. Placed 26th out of a


selected 300 participants from all over Britain and Ireland.
In 2002 I was ranked 4th in Britain in continuous kickboxing within
weight category.
I was awarded a black belt in the Martial Art of Jujitsu.

market trading.
