1.
It is your responsibility to check that details on your reservation itinerary are accurate and ensuring that you hold a valid travel
document (passport, visa, etc). The validity of these travel documents should be at least six (6) months at the time of travel and
comply with the entry and exit or other requirements of the countries you travel to.
2.
You are advised to arrive at the ferry terminal with sufficient time to check-in. You should check-in with a copy of a confirmed
itinerary and collect your boarding pass at least one and half hours before scheduled time of departure (Check-in) at the following
terminals.
a.
Singapore at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (TMFT) BRF check-in counter at #01-21 OR
b.

If you fail to Check-in for the collection of boarding pass or missed the latest check-in time of at least forty (40) minutes prior to the
confirmed scheduled departure time at the port, it will be classified as "No Show". The boarding time for each journey will be shown
on your boarding pass. This may vary depending on whether you have any special requirements or for any other reasons. If you do
not meet the boarding time, you may be denied boarding. Please take note that no refunds, rescheduling or reissuance of ferry
tickets will be allowed for any No Show passenger(s) and your reserved seat may be released to other passengers due to the
circumstances thereof.

Any changes to your reservation prior to the day of departure/ travel shall be at no cost. However, if you need to make any
changes on the day of departure/ travel, you are required to pay a minimum service fee of S$5.00 for a single change on each
passenger (Changes to Reservation). Please take note that Changes to Reservation shall refer to passenger making changes to
the date and time of reservation only. Any fees paid will not be refunded if you fail to meet the requirements thereof. Any
replacements of reservation shall be considered as cancellation of reservation.

If you wish to cancel or replace your reservation for any reasons, you must notify us three (3) days prior to the departure date
(Cancellation). Otherwise, any fees paid will not be refunded and/ or any replacement of reservation will not be granted for failing
to meet the Cancellation requirements. Admin fees and handling fees incurred thereof will not be refunded for any cancellation.
Please note that we do not allow any partial cancellation of return tickets whatsoever.
6.
Please take note that Changes to Reservation and Cancellation of reservation in item 5 and 6, respectively shall not be applicable to
any promotional fares (Promotional Fares). You may however refer to the specific terms and conditions set out in the Promotional
Fares and/ or any group booking agreements offered by us. Promotional Fares are non-refundable.
7.
Any change of schedules, cancellation, diversion, postponement or delay due to circumstances beyond our control or for any
reasons of safety and security of crew members and passengers, you are allowed to cancel the reservation or make changes to the
time and date of departure. Under such circumstances, we may :

make a refund of fee paid and it shall constitute your sole remedy against us for such circumstances.

Your safety & comfort is our utmost priority. If you are pregnant, or require special assistance, kindly let us know at least
three(3) days before departure. We will take all reasonable steps to comply with and/or accommodate your request but the
provision of special assistance/arrangements is solely subject to availability.
d.
Ladies who are more than 28 weeks pregnant are prohibited from travelling on board the vessel unless a medical certificate
certifying fitness to travel by a qualified doctor is provided.
