Objective
1.
To assess body composition through Weight and Height Measurement, Waist and Hip
Measurement, Skinfold Thickness Measurement and Bioelectrical Impedence
Analysis.
2.
To classify the Body Mass Index, Waist-Hip Ratio, Waist-Height Ratio, bodyfat

What is the goal of waist measurement to identify the risk of health problems?
What is the body mass index (BMI) range for the following categories:
underweight; normal; overweight and obese? Interpret your results based on
BMI table.
The BMI range for underweight is less than 18.5kg/m 2, the range for normal is from
18.5kg/m2 to 22.9kg/m2, the range for overwight is more than 23kg/m2, the range for
overweight at risk is from 23kg/m2 to 24.9kg/m2, the range for obese class 1 is from
25kg/m2 to 29.9kg/m2 and the range for obese class 2 is more than 30kg/m2. The
BMI of A is 16.88kg/m2 which is classified as underweight. The BMI of B is
19.51kg/m2 which is classified as normal.

What is the recommended range of body fatness for both males and females?
Interpret your result from the skinfold thickness measurements based on this
recommended range.
The recommended range of body fetness for males and females are from 14% to 17%
and from 21% to 24% respectively (American Council on Exercise. The skinfold
thickness measurement of A & B are 12.42% and 18.68% respectively which are
lying under the categories of essential fat and athelete respectively which both
subjects have lower body fatness percentage than the recommended range.
