TYRONE HORA y CHATTO, 43 years old, a Barangay Kagawad of Barangay
Guiwanon, Baclayon, Bohol and a resident of Purok 3, Guiwanon, Baclayon,
Bohol, personally appeared to this office and requested to put into record that at
around 6:00 oclock on the same evening on board his motorcycle his attention
was caught by the people gathered inside the store owned by Angeles Enoc AT
Purok 5, Guiwanon, Bacalayon, Bohol, playing an illegal card game locally known
as Tong-its. He dropped by and ordered Maria Cielito Segovia, Albert Porlacin
and Dennise Dosdos to stop the game but Maria Cielito Segovia got angry,
attack him and punched him hitting his breast and pinched his left arm. Maria
Cielito Segovia also attempted to bite him but he was able to push her away.
Maria Cielito Segovia also uttered cursing words such as Pisti Kang Yawaa Ka!.
ISSUED this 20th day of September, 2013 at Poblacion, Baclayon, Bohol,
