1. Full offline delivery execution

using any mobile device
With the Movilizer offline delivery execution you can perform the same delivery processes that your company is doing today; with the advantage that all your information will be collected in a valid digital format,
being automatically integrated with your backend system as soon as a tour is finalized. No more work with
manual data capturing into the backend system or issues with incorrect delivery actions.

Checkout & Checkin processing: Counting of the material quantities and money amounts. The captured
data can be edited, modified and controlled by a checker sign-off on the mobile device with the option to
change the planned driver in case of absence.
Delivery execution: Planned & unplanned deliveries with your own logic for material modifications or reason code handling are executed in order to make sure that no prohibited action is executed by the driver. An
invoice or delivery note can be printed for the customer with the actual delivery data including prices and
deliveries can be canceled by the driver if necessary.
Payment collection: Money for created invoices or pending open items can be collected. The payment can
be completed using credit card, check or by cash.
Stock: The truck inventory can be reviewed or modified at any moment. Operations with reserved stock are
avoided during delivery execution.
Settlement process: The automatic settlement process is executed when a tour is uploaded into the backend Route Accounting Database, so no manual data capturing into the SAP system is required.

2. Online features
using Wi-Fi, GPRS, UMTS ... The backend can be accessesed in real time

With the Movilizer on demand online features you are able to run real time backend information exchange
with your drivers mobile device during the delivery execution. This makes a new range of services available
for which you are now utilizing your dispatcher or support center.

Online pricing: If planned delivery quantities are modified and the customer requires a price document, an
online call is executed to determine the correct prices through the backend pricing procedure.
Rush delivery & New visit: From the backend the dispatcher can add additional deliveries or complete new
customer visits to a tour. These will be automatically added to the mobile device even if the truck is already
on its route and the tour execution has started.
GPS position: Every time a customer visit is completed, the backend is informed and tour status and GPS
truck position are updated.
Real time stock tracking: Every time stock is modified (via a delivery or a manual correction) the backend is
informed and actualized. The dispatcher can monitor in real time the current stock of each truck.

3. Personalized mobile reports

Depending on your document type and your required info

With the Movilizer you can design your reports in the SAP system based on your individual requirements in
terms of layout and data. This means that any required report change for example due to a legal requirement can be done in the backend within a couple of minutes.
The new report layout will be used automatically on each mobile device with the next tour downloaded. No
deployment procedure is required.

Use a mobile or fixed printer through Bluetooth or

cable connection. A wide range of models are supported
through the standard, others can be added on a project
basis.
Define your own reports or take one of the pre-delivered standard reports and modify or enrich it with data
as many times as is necessary.
Configure printout confirmation and re-printing processes if required in your business flows.

Your current SAP staff will find the solution easy to install, maintain and enhance due to the flexible architecture used throughout the whole application.

Modularity The application is built in a modular way which provides the capability to add new customer
specific activities to a tour downloaded to the mobile device. You could add new activities such as customer
surveys or modify the existing activities (eg. delivery execution process) using the Movilizer Scenario Configurator within the SAP system as a configuration tool.

Extensibility Another way to influence the existing logic is with your own coding, which can be registered as extensions for the key interfaces in the Movilizer for SAP DSD application. If required, you can even
de-register or replace the standard implementation for those interfaces.
