The Graduate Program is a comprehensive 24 month program designed to equip graduates with the

Responsibilities
Global Equities and Commodity Derivatives (GECD) combines the activities of Structured Equity, Flow &
Financing and commodity derivatives. The team brings together research, trading, structuring, and sales
expertise across equities and commodities.
Structured Equity provides customized or exchange-traded structured solutions based on equities, indices
and other underlyings to meet the needs of a wide range of clients in capital protection yield and
diversification.
Flow & Financing encompasses the research, trading and sales of flow derivatives. Additionally it offers
financing through prime brokerage, securities lending and synthesis financing. The business integrates cash
equity, offering institutional clients a range of research, sales, trading and execution services in Asian equity
products and derivatives.
It is expected that the graduate will acquire knowledge/understanding of financial institutions and develop the
overall skills set required to successfully contribute to the business. Depending on the team you are working
in, your responsibilities may include, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

Support the team with clients on all aspects such as bookings, client confirmation, transaction and
financial analysis, drafting of legal documents and production of pitch book

Ensure handling of primary and secondary trades as well as client after sale service
Liaise and coordinate with internal business units on activities such as structuring and trading on
pricing, daily grids
Control macro data, corporate fundamental trends and news flow on listed equities to develop
companies and market knowledge to support estimates and ad-hoc analysis
Monitor changes in local and global regulations impacting the business
Develop and maintain an accurate data base of information, possibly developing new tools and
automations to improve the management of the books
Provide reporting/ information to management and key stakeholders such as risk reports, and profit &
loss reports
Handle administrative tasks such as editing of termsheets and factsheets, implementing trades,
followed by validating transactions in the systems
Contribute to the implementation of BNP Paribas operational control policies and procedures in day- to
day business activities
Other duties assigned by management as requested
