1. Patents and Copyright

POWERMAX has patented its technology and replication of its technology without its written
permission is punishable under law. POWERMAX being a technology company treats any infringement of its
rights very seriously and reserves the right to take all action as necessary.

2. Prices
The quote is Ex-factory basis.
All prices are given in USD.

3. Payment Terms
50% down payment within 10days after contract signing.
50% by at sight L/C against B/L and other shipping documents, the L/C shall be issued within 20days after
contract signing.
5% quality guarantee issued by seller to cover the system during the warranty Time.

4. Erection, Commissioning and Training of Operating Personnel:

We can depute our engineer to supervise the erection and commissioning of the system and train the
operating personnel at site. The round-trip from Shanghai (China) to the country of installation, inland traveling
expenditure, road transport charges, boarding and lodging will be to the clients account. In addition, we will
charge a per day charge of USD100.00 per man-day for our engineers from the date of their departure from
Shanghai (China) till the date of their return.

5. Inspection
Our equipment shall be available for inspection at our works before dispatch. We would require one week
advance intimation of possible date of arrival of customer's representative for inspection at our works.

6. Delivery Period of Ordered Equipment

Equipment shall be ready for dispatch at our works within 3 months from the date of receipt of confirmed order
with advance.

7. Validity
Prices will remain valid for a month from the date of this quotation.

8. Warranty
Warranty period is 12(Twelve) months from the start up on site or 18(Eighteen) months from the delivery time,
whichever comes first.

9. Customers Scope:

Keeping to use our specific conditions of fuel in mind,

All Civil & foundation work as per our drawing.

All accessories from generators control panel terminals onward with necessary field cabling etc.

Utilities like free water for water seal of gasification system/cooling the gas and engine as well as power
connections to electrical equipment of complete system.

Charcoal, wood, lubricating oil etc. for trails, commissioning and regular operations.

Arrangement for gas cutting, welding and other site-specific works/facilities.

Requisite material handling system including crane as well as manual labor for lifting and shifting of
equipments into position as also for all other activities involving manual labor during installation and
commissioning.
