FOR OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE & LOWEST COST

OSHA

Requirements

The Simple Saver System is a high R-value insulation system which was
developed to provide contractors, designers and building owners a cost
effective solution for an attractive and energy efficient building design.

Thermal Design provides support to customers incorporating energy

efficient design to take advantage of available tax incentives, loans and
grants. This includes technical assistance and products that meet the
requirement set forth in the Energy Policy Act of 2005. This unique federal
incentive allows owners and designers to capitalize on a $1.80 per square
foot tax deduction for incorporating energy efficiency in their design.

conference in Phoenix, Ariz.drew more
than 27,000 attendees and featured more
than 1,800 exhibit booths.

Greenbuild is committed to having a
lasting positive impact in its host city through
Greenbuild Legacy Projects. This years
Greenbuild Legacy Projects include six
Legacy Community Projects and two Legacy
Home Projects. Forty-nine all-inclusive Greenbuild scholarships will be awarded.

Greenbuilds own version of Inside
the Actors Studio, the Greenbuild Salons,
bring together cutting-edge speakers to
discuss critical issues and challenges in the
green building industry. Each salon creates
an intimate, interactive environment where
attendees can truly redefine the future.

Every year, Greenbuild is ripe with
education opportunities. This year there will
be more than 100 concurrent on-site and
off-site education sessions included in the
full-conference registration and a host of
other targeted education summits, LEED
and Education Provider workshops and
other opportunities. Attendees will also be

not about politics or personality, demographics or geography. Its all of us. As per the
theme, Greenbuild asked individuals and organizations to contribute videos to the Generation Green video campaign on its website
expressing how they are part of Generation
Green and are redefining our future.

At Greenbuild, attendees can participate in tours to explore Chicago and learn
about its key green attributes, historic sites
and iconic architecture. Attendees can also
attend outdoor experience events.

Greenbuild 2010 also features an
array of inspiring and renowned Master
Speakers, including Arlene Blum, Geoffery Canada, Mitchell Joachim, Honorable

A Strong Entrance
Ironstone Bank Lobby,
Oklahoma City,

Ironstone Banks Memorial Drive office,

Oklahoma City, was completed in 2009 and
reflects the institutions desire to have its
quality of customer service be represented
by the quality of its facilities.Ironstone,
a subsidiary of First Citizens BancShares
Inc., has 58 offices in 12 states. The bank
regards its buildings as physical symbols of
the companys stability and strength.

Flex-Ability Concepts Flex-C Trac and
Flex-C Arch products helped frame an impressive bank lobby rotunda and provide a
signature look for the facility.Approximately
800 linear feet (244 m) of Flex-C Trac and
Flex-C Arch was used in the project, including 16-gauge Flex-C Trac in 3 5/8, 8 and
10-inch (92, 203 and 254-mm) widths and
20-gauge Flex-C Arch in 3 5/8-inch width.

Design for the project was provided
by Small Kane Webster Conley Architects,
Raleigh, N.C., in collaboration with Ptolemy
Dean Architects Ltd., London.
The goal was to create friendly,
open space that would be inviting to customers, said Kerry Kane, project architect
and principal with Small Kane Webster
Conley Architects.The rotunda with its
distinctive arches became a main point of
our design emphasis.

The general contractor on the project
was Carneal Downey Construction Company, Raleigh. The Flex-Ability Concepts
distributor was Cherokee Building Supply,
Oklahoma City.

Flex-C Trac is made of galvanized steel
and is available in 16, 18 and 20 gauges in a
wide variety of metal framing widths.

The flexible track really contributed to
the high quality of the construction and appearance, said Kand. Its not easy to frame
curves like that. Not only are the arches
going up but theyre also curving around the
radius walls of the rotunda. What results is a
dramatic, one-of-a-kind interior.
