At Eskdale we endeavour to be an inclusive school, staff are aware of the learning needs of students and we aim to support students

in being the best they can be.


Students may be identified for Wave 3 provision from a range of sources. Including information from primary schools, Eskdale staff referrals, liaison with outside
agencies or from data or concerns picked up during normal school monitoring and assessment rounds.
Wave 3 provision may be delivered by Teachers, Teaching Assistants or outside agencies and is additional to Waves 1 and 2.
Need - Cognition & learning, including Dyslexia,
Dyscalculia, and Developmental Coordination
Disorder (Dyspraxia).

Need - Communication &


interaction, including Autism,
Aspergers Syndrome and Speech &
Language needs.

We give opportunities for pre-teaching
