Worked and involved at several start-up and shutdown (major / minor) LNG Trains
which is, produced 14000 M3/Day of LNG per Train,
Worked in LNG Train to processed natural gas which is contents of 15% CO2 into
LNG product at capacity 14000 M3/Day through Ben field system / Carbonate
Solution and DEA Solution, Acid Gas Removal and Main Cryogenic Exchanger 2
bundles. Monitored and maintained process parameters to meet LNG product
specification as per standard,
Separation system and fractionation system,
Operate wells production facilities and utility system, rectify process disturbances,
start and stop production facilities and utility equipment and carry out routine checks
all activities/situation on LNG/NGL plant equipment within the defined area of duty,
Update safety concern which could effect in overall safety performance in timely
manner,
Prepares daily activity reports, bringing to attention of Senior/Panel
Operator/Supervisor any abnormalities detected,
Operating DCS CENTUM CS 3000 YOKOGAWA at Main Control Room LNG
Plant and Loading Storage Control Room,
Analysis and controlling anti surge control system at MCR Compressor and
distributed to Main Heat Exchanger (MHE) to make a LNG product,
Ensure lube oil and fill in to the reservoir system at the compressor turbine and
pumps,
Changed over the Hydraulic oil & Lube oil Filter, dryer after filters,
Prepares equipment for maintenance and re-commissions when completed safely for
production,
To ensure all steam trace, steam trap, steam coil, and valve working properly.
