Check Valves:
Flapper Style:
-Positive O-ring Seal.
-High pressure
-Large passable ID.
-Acts as a safety valve preventing
upward flow of well bore fluids
or gases into the coil tubing
work string.
Check Valves:
Ball / Dart Type:
-Ball and seat provides seal.
-Positive metal to metal seal.
-High pressure.
-ID is not passable.
Separation tools:
Mechanical Type:
- Provides the BHA a separation point, so the CT
and the BHA located above the separation sub
may be recovered from the well.
- Tension release.
- Release value adjusted by material and number
of shear screws installed.
- Alternative shear methods available.
Separation Tools:
Hydraulic Types:
- Flow activated
release mechanism
allows function with
out having to seat a
actuation ball.
- Flow rates may be
adjusted as required.
- May be accompanied
by shear screws.
Circulation Subs:
Single & Dual Types:
- Provides a secondary means of circulating
in the event the BHA located below the circ.
sub becomes obstructed or may be functioned
to shut off flow to other BHA components.
- May or may not be ball activated.
- Pressure adjustable.
- Burst disc used for safety purposes.
Motorhead Assembly:
Motorhead assemblies incorporate the
previous listed BHA components into
on complete tool serving four purposes.
-Coil Connector.
-Dual Flapper Check Valve.
-Hydraulic Disconnect.
-Dual Circulation Sub.

Fishing Tools:
Hydraulic Spears:
- Spears provide the versatility of retrieving
various types of well bore obstructions by
engaging the ID.
- May be designed for specific profiles such as
sliding sleeves, plugs, disconnects, etc.
- Can be used to engage slick IDs.
- Hydraulic releasable.
- Pressure adjustable.
- Hydrostatically balanced.

Hydraulic Spear:
Fishing Tools:
Hydraulic Overshot:
- Overshot's, much like the spear provide the
ability to retrieve well bore obstructions by
engaging the OD.
- May be design for specific profiles such as
wire line fish necks, prongs, plugs etc.
- May be used to engage slick ODs.
- Hydraulic releasable.
- Pressure adjustable.
- Hydrostatically balanced.
- Short or standard catch range.

Hydraulic Overshot:
Fishing Tools:
Mechanical Fishing Tools:
- Provide a versatile option of engaging stuck fish
assemblies, including wire line.
- Ability to swallow longer assemblies.
- Rotary releasable.
CT Drilling Motors:
Positive displacement Type:
- Provides bit rotation by converting
flow and pressure to mechanical rotation
and torque.
- Fluid driven.
- Sealed or open bearing sections.
- Various power section
configurations.
- Various speeds, output
torques & lengths.
- Elastomer used in the stators.

CT Drilling Motors:
Vain type:
- No elastomer used in the power section.
- May be driven with gases or harsh fluids.
- May be operated in high temperature
environments.
-Various performance options
available.
- Generally shorter in length.
- Sealed bearing assembly.
Milling Tools:
- Milling and drilling tools provide the cutting
edge that is required to remove well bore
obstructions, manage unwanted debris
or drill geographical formations.
Under reamers:
CT Cable Heads:
E-Line Coil Tubing:
-Provides a means of connecting the E-line
located inside the coil tubing to a usable
electronic connection while mechanically
connecting to the coil tubing and serving
the four purposes of the motorhead assembly.
- Coil connector.
- Dual flapper check valve.
- Hydraulic disconnect.
- Circulation sub.

CT Cable Heads:
Production Logs May Be Conducted.
CT Cable Heads:
Down hole cameras may be used:
Upper Inflatable
Jet Packer
Injection
Sub
Bottom Inflatable
Jet Packer
Ball Lock
Guide Nose
CT Directional Tools:
Hydraulic steering:
- Provides the ability to
control the drilling BHAs
direction down hole.
- May be functioned
hydraulically or electronically
from surface.
- Operated in conjunction with
directional measuring
instruments.

Specialty Tools:
BHA Pulsating:
-The CT BHA is oscillated by a pulse generated
by the tool. The pulse prevents the onset of helical lock
up of the work string.
- Enhanced weight transfer to the drilling BHA.
PDM Power
Section
Valve
Specialty Tools:
Lateral Leg Entry Tools
- Provides the ability
to locate and enter
multi-lateral legs in
a well to perform CT
work over operations.
-Hydraulically
functioned.
- May be pressure
indications when
lateral leg is entered.

to exit the well bore &
begin directional
drilling operations.
- Slim hole configurations.
- May exit through both
tubing and casing.
- CT Retrievable.
- Various sizes available.
