On 01/09/2015 members of the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, Homeland Security Investigations and Toms River Police executed a search warrant at 2149
South Street in Toms River. The search resulted in the arrest of Michael Peluso. Peluso was transported to the Toms River Police by their officer. The rear of the
vehicle was searched prior to the Peluso being placed in the vehicle. Upon arrival at Toms River Police Department I secured my firearm prior to beginning the
interview of Mr. Peluso. Peluso was advised of his constitutional rights and waived his right to have an attorney present. Upon conclusion of his statement Peluso
was processed on 1 count of 2C:24-4b(5)(a) and 1 count of 2C:24-4b(5)(b). Bail was set at $75,000 no 10% by the Honorable Judge Francis Hodgson. Peluso was
transported to Ocean County Jail in default of bail where he was lodged.
