Oa Sunday, March 8, a team member will preach at both services. After a potluck lunch, the team will present its prescriptions to bring our church to even greater health. A final decision will be reached after three town hall meetings in March, when a church conference will vote them all up or down, ‘Why are so many churches engaging with HCI? Because we ‘can move into God's future; we cannot stay where we are. ‘The Rio Texas Conference vision sums it up: “We lure poured our leadership, financial resources, energy and prayer into making sure the ‘church as we have experienced it does not perish. We hoped fora future ‘Hat is much lke the past, but we are not what we used fo be. We can move from preserving congregations to vital congregations.” Many churches want to move into God's future, but aren‘t sure how. HCI helps us see how. Please plan now to participate in as much of the weekend as you can. Please pray for our church, for those who will come to lead us in March, and for trust in God's future, “Speak, Lord, for your servants ae listening.” Reo, Jeanne Devine & > Auniverscries Dale and Doris Lyon aia Donald and Helen Campbell 2/20 Rachel and Terry Trudell 2/25 Birthdays © S&S Abbey Triggs 22 Catherine Waltman 24 Kate Noll 26 Bonnie Wolfe 2a Karen Carlton 2a Howard Tomerlin 2n5 Sarah Youngquist 2n6 Kim Royal 2n8 Donna Bostick 2720 Autumn Kaylor 223, Vietoria Rodriguez 23 Leslie Rice 224 Dorothy Rittenberry 24 Marie Catrett 2726 Doyce Holsenbeck 2p7 Mathew Wenzel 28 Our heartfelt thanks go out to the _members of Berkeley UMC and Pas tor Jeanne, who loved and supported us before and duving the passing of ‘my mom, Mary James.
