Hi, performers!!!

Please message me any changes that I need to make for technical notes (sound). Bailey Harris, if
you can bring your amp and adjust sound for each guitar as they plug in, that would be great. I
need to know if this is possible. I also need to know if someones guitar does not plug in, so we
can have a mic in a stand for them.
If you need any props (i.e. stool, bench, etc) I will need to know that as well.
You can sound check during class on Monday and Tuesday in the theater. Please bring
whatever you need for the sound check. Mrs. Nonnemakers classes are preparing for Shrek and
Thescon later this week. They will be busy working on things, but we can still rehearse in there.
Please be mindful and respectful of this, so we can call accomplish what we need to.
If you are using a track, bring it on a phone, ipod, etc and we will plug your device into the
board. Be sure the device does not have a password protect on the night you perform. This will
make it easier for us to use in the soundbooth.
Aaron Killian and Jackson Whiting are helping me backstage and in the booth if necessary. We
will arrive around 6 pm. The theater will open to the public at 6:30 pm. General admission is $5.
We are also selling cake pops for $1 both evenings. Performers, you do not need to arrive very
early. You should be fine to arrive between 6:30 and 6:45 pm. Please feel free to sit in the
audience and enjoy the show. You do not need to head backstage (wings) until 2 acts prior to
your performance. You will enter and exit the stage for your performance through the wings (not
the house). We will dim the stage lights as people enter and exit the stage. The lighting is pre-set
for Shrek, so we will use the lights we have and should be perfectly fine. Try to center yourself in
the light provided, so that it showcases you in the best way possible. When you are in full light,
you can feel your face is completely illuminated.
There are a couple of you in 5th period who are performing with someone in 4th period. It makes
more sense for the 5th period person to visit during their lunch or enrichment and sound check
with their 4th period partner. Please take care of this if this applies to you.
I hope these notes are helpful and make sense. If you have any questions, please message me. I
am working on a program for both nights of Falcons Finest and if you see something I need to
change (title, performers, etc), please let me know. My cell is 678-617-2344.
