Entries are made in the Quality Action Log when the Post an entry to the Quality Action Log
message action is invoked. You can view and delete action log entries. For each numbered log
entry in the quality action log, you can view the following information that displays on each of
the following three tabs:

Step Action
1. Begin by navigating to the Action Log page.

2. Click the Manufacturing and Distribution Manager link.

3. Click the vertical scrollbar.

4. Click the Action Log link.
Step Action
5. Use the Organizations page to select the appropriate organization.

6. Click the M1 list item.
Step Action
7. Click the OK button.

8. Use the Find Log Entries page to search for a particular message, or for action log
entries for a particular collection plan or collection element.
You can also search by action log number, collection number, or by date or date
range.

9. Click in the Collection Plan field.

10. Enter the desired information into the Collection Plan field. Enter "GENERAL
RECEIVING (M1)".

11. Click the Find button.

12. The action log entries for the collection plan you queried for displays in the Action
Log page.
You can delete an action log entry by selecting the Delete option from the Edit
menu.
