Task1:Smallgroupleadership
You are about to take a group fitness class, as you walk into the class you notice there are 6 new faces that
you have never seen before to go alongside the 25 regulars that attend.
To ensure

1.
2.
3.

that ALL members have a great experience describe how you would interact:

Beforetheclass(8possiblemarks)
Duringtheclass(14possiblemarks)
Aftertheclass(8possiblemarks)

You need to discuss how and why e.g.: what you would do and how you would do it.
As you can tell each point has two aspects to it so please ensure you justify and explain each action you
list.
IMPT: The answer can be broken into the three aspects and then written in bullet points with each action
being its own bullet point. Even though the answers can be bullet pointed they still need to be correct and
well written sentences.
Submission: Write this as a word document then email it to brendon.timmins@op.ac.nz before 5pm Friday
9 th August 2013. You need to include the question prior to your answer with sections a, b and c identified.
