This test aims at revealing your personal strengths and weaknesses in connection with team work.
For each of the 40 statements below mark the number that indicates how well the statement fits you:

Effective, optimistic, goal oriented, energetic. Dominating and hotheaded.
Wants to be the best and to be successful.

YELLOW

Lots of ideas, 'airy'. Flexible and impulsive. Not fond of rules and
procedures. Wants freedom.

BLUE

Persistent and stable, speculative and conscientious. Does not like to be


criticised. Wants stability and safety.

GREEN

The 'bureacrat', is good at sorting ideas and coordinating activities. Is


sceptical towards the quality of work. Likes order and stability.

Your dominant 'rainbow colour' will be used in connection with group formation in the SAIL
course.
