A. Description of the Learner:


The Learner is a 53 year old female, married ,Roman Catholic , born on February 20, 1960 at Tayug, Pangasinan and currently residing in
Puely ,Pangasinan who have a chief complaint of cough. He is able to understand Tagalog, English and Ilokano. He preferred to use Tagalog as a
medium of instruction during the health teaching.
B. Learning Need:
Learner wants to learn deep breathing and management of cough .
C. Educational Diagnosis
Knowledge deficit related to lack on information resources on Deep breathing and coughing exercises

D. Goal
a. The learner will be able to know what is cough its risk factors and its causes.
b. The learner will be able to know what are the signs and symptoms of cough .
C. The learner will be able to enumerate ways to manage cough .
