8.a If either party is in a relationship, domestic partnership, or marri
age with a separate Party C,
by signing this contract they agree that they ar
e consciously being unfaithful to Party C, unless
it has been discussed wi
th and agreed upon with Party C.
9. By signing this contract, you agree to all above marked criteria, and agree t
o perform them to their full extent. Failure to complete requested acts may be c
onsequential under penalty of law. If either party performs an act not marked ab
ove, they may be persecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If at any time eit
her party agrees to a previously unmarked section above, all sex must be immedia
tely terminated until the new agreement has been filled out and signed upon. If
at any time either party wishes to revoke their agreement to an above marked sec
tion, all sex must be immediately terminated until the section in question is re
vised and signed upon. All parties involved are above the age of consent in the
jurisdiction of their respective governments. By signing this contract, you agre
e that you are in a proper state of mind to make such an agreement (i.e. under t
he influence of alcohol, drugs, grief, infatuation, lust, etc). Once this contra

ct has been finalized, both parties are immune from legal action over any agreed
upon above section. By signing the final signature of this contract, it is fina
lized and may not be revised.
