2. Name and Roll Number of the student is mandatory to specify in the form.
3. All Indian students with educational loans are advised to approach their banks and ask
them to transfer the amount through NEFT/RTGS to FEE ACCOUNT, NITW along with the
required commission. Further they have to get a note/receipt from the banker (Loan
issuing bank) with the information related to: Name of the Student along with the Roll
Number, the amount they transferred through NEFT/RTGS, date of transfer and submit the
Photostat copy of the receipt to the Account Section and proceed with the original receipt
to their respective Departments for registration. They also have to pay other fees through
State Bank collect.
4. SC / ST scholarship holders have to pay other fees and proceed for registration to the
respective departments after getting endorsement from Asst. Registrar (Academic) that
they are SC / ST scholarship holders.

II Attention of students from Abroad (DASA):


All students from Abroad (DASA SAARC & NON-SAARC) are hereby instructed to transfer the Tuition Fee
(USD 3500/- USD 1750/-) payable to FEE ACCOUNT, NITW through internet transfer, using SWIFT code.
Students can pay the fee by converting USD into INR (submit a receipt along with conversion rate to
Accounts Section for Example: $3500 x 60 INR = Rs.2,10,000). Fee should be paid in INR (Other Fee) is
to be paid through State Bank collect using the form meant for DASA students. Students are advised to
transfer their fee amount in USD/INR towards FEE ACCOUNT, NITW. Foreign students who are
paying fee in Dollars have to pay the deduction charges, if any to the Account Section.
After the payment, all foreign students are advised to submit the Xerox copy of their payment receipts in
USD/INR, in the Accounts Section. If any student fails to submit the above, he/she will be
considered as a Fee defaulter.

III Attention to Scholarship DASA Students:


The students following under this category are advised to pay their fees (Other Fees) except Tuition Fee
through State Bank collect.

IV Attention to year back, repeaters and for study mode students:


All the year back students who are registering for Exam Mode or Study Mode or both, have to pay the
fee through State Bank Collect using year back form. The Tuition fee to be paid is Rs. 500 X No. of
credits for study + Rs. 600 X No. of subjects for Exam.

V Attention of students registering for backlog courses (except year back


students)
Any student registering up to a maximum of 30 credits (study only) or 34 credits (including exam)
in a semester need not pay any additional Tuition Fee, for the additional courses registered.

VI No DDs or FDD will be accepted from any student. Institution is encouraging


only on-line transfers. All students and parents are requested to co-operate.
Tuition fee should not mix with Hostel Fee Payments.

No Excess payments No Refunds will be entertained from this time.


Those who are paying Tuition Fee through SWIFT/NEFT/RTGS transfer (Except I-Collect) are
advised to submit a payment/receipt copy in duplicate to Accounts Section with Student
Particulars.
It is mandatory to get fee endorsement from the Account Section before
proceeding to Department for Registration.

PRE-SYNOPSIS SEMINAR - DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICS:


Mr. N. Rajeswara Rao (700975), research scholar under the supervision of
Prof. S.V.S. Ramana Reddy and Dr. T. Venkatappa Rao (Co-Supervisor) in
Department of Physics will be presenting pre-synopsis seminar on 8th December 2014
(Monday) at 10 A.M in the Seminar Hall of Physics Department. The title of the thesis
is Spectroscopic and Thermal studies on some Gamma and Electron beam irradiated
Biopolymers.
All the interested faculty, research scholars and students are invited to attend
the same.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE STUDENTS : PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT OF


MESS/HOSTEL DUES FOR WINTER SESSION 2014.
The Dues list will be uploaded into the Students portal of WSDC/Institute Website
latest by 12th December, 2014.
The State Bank Collect will also be started latest by 12th December, 2014.
No DDs or FDD will be accepted from any student. Institution is encouraging only
on-line transfers. All students and parents are requested to co-operate
1. Hostel fee should not mix with Tuition Fee Payments.
2. No Excess payments No Refunds will be entertained from this time.
3. Those who are paying Hostel Fee through NEFT/RTGS transfer (Except I-Collect/State Bank
Collect) are advised to submit original payment/receipt in Hostel Office. It is mandatory to get
fee endorsement from the Hostel Office before proceeding to Department for Registration.
Category 1 : Education loan holders (NEFT transactions, Inter/Intra Bank Transfer to
Chief Warden Account)

Make a single transaction for mess dues, mess advance (INR 12,000).
Enter the transaction details on student portal using WSDC Collect.
Click an image of the transaction receipt and upload it.
ENSURE THAT:
Transaction ID, amount paid and date is clearly visible.
Receipt image is checked thoroughly before uploading.
Enter Transaction ID (NEFT transaction Reference Number/ Inter or Intra Bank
Reference Number) and transaction date.

Your transaction will be approved by Hostel Office within two working days. (Mon-Fri)
Sometimes it might take 4-5 days to verify the transaction, please be patient.
If transaction is not approved by Hostel Office, student should go to Hostel Office
in person. No query will be entertained online.

Go to Hostel Office as soon as you reach college and submit the transaction receipt to
Hostel Office, NIT Warangal.
NEFT receipt must be produced by student.
No Dues Certificate will be issued by Hostel Office.
After submitting receipt to Hostel Office, students can also download no dues
certificate via student portal.
Paste your recent passport size photo (coloured).
Submit the no dues certificate to corresponding Mess.
For IFC A and IFC B boarders: Go to Ultra Mega Office for Mess cards.
Old Mess boarders: Submit the no-dues certificate to respective mess.

Category 2 : Payment via i-collect or State Bank Collect:

Enter all the details carefully on the portal, especially registration number and roll number.
Your transaction will be uploaded by Hostel Office within two working days (Mon-Fri).
Sometimes it may take 4-5 days to verify and upload the transaction, please be
patient.
If transaction is not uploaded by Hostel Office, student should go to Hostel Office in
person. No query will be entertained online.
Once the transaction is approved,

SUBMISSION OF COURSE - END FEEDBACK:


All the UG and PG students of the Institute are required to provide the Course
end feedback on all the courses they had undertaken in the current semester on or
before 5th December 2014. Some students complained that they are not able to
access the feedback. Such students are required to give a mail stating their name,
Registration number and roll number to wsdc.nitw@gmail.com or wsdc@nitw.ac.in.
All the students are to note that submitting the feedback is mandatory, failing
which students will not be able to see the semester end results. Further they will be
imposed a fine of Rs. 500/- for submission of online feedback beyond the due date.
All the students are to note that strict confidentiality will be maintained with
regard to the feedback submitted. The feedback reports will not be made available to
faculty members till the announcement of results. The feedback submitted by the
students will be helpful to the faculty and the Institute for improvement of teachinglearning process.
All are requested to cooperate and submit the feedback in time.
