Manufacturers of Mechanical Engineering equipment and
consumables, Mechanical software organizations, and others
can exhibit their products by putting up their stalls; an amount
of Rs. 10,000/- will be charged towards each stall.
A wide range of Hotel accommodation is available in the city,
with tariffs ranging from Rs.800/- to Rs. 2000/-per day.
Participants have to make their own arrangements for
accommodation.

This conference is aimed at bringing together Researchers,

Academia and Industry in an effort to bridge the gap between
different functional areas of mechanical engineering,
creating a common platform for interaction, paving the way
for new ideas and innovations and building systems and
technologies for the future. This conference will open up
avenues in the emerging areas of Mechanical Engineering, for
further study. In addition to paper presentations, keynote
address by experts are also planned during conference.

The Mechanical Engineering Department is one of the oldest

and best performing Departments of Vasavi College of
Engineering. It has excellent infrastructure facilities in the
form of laboratories and equipment. The department has 28
experienced faculty members which include 5 Professors and
7 Associate Professors. The Department has long standing
Industry interaction. The Department also offers PG Programme with specialization in Advanced Design and Manufacturing.

Established in 1981 by Vasavi Academy of Education under

the stewardship of Late Sri Pendekanti Venkata Subbaiah, a
veteran statesman of independent India and by a few eminent people from different walks of life, Vasavi College of
Engineering represents a rich tradition of excellence in
technology based education in a stimulating environment.
The college is situated at Ibrahimbagh, Hyderabad, which is 9
km from Mehdipatnam, enroute to Gandipet.
In its three decades of existence, it has now grown with
excellent and well-developed infrastructural facilities,
offering 6 undergraduate programs, viz., B.E. in Civil,
Mechanical, EEE, ECE, CSE and Information Technology, in
addition to a 3-year Postgraduate program in Computer
Applications (MCA), and five Postgraduate Programmes in
CSE, ECE, EEE and Mechanical Engineering. It is recognized
under 2(f) and 12(B) by the UGC.
The mission of the College has been to arm young brains with
competitive technology and nurture holistic development of
the individuals for a better tomorrow.

single line space, double column on A4 size paper. The paper
should contain the organizational affiliation, Postal address
and e-mail ID of the author(s). Both a Hard copy and a soft
copy of the paper on CD in MS word format should be posted
to the Organis-ing Secretary before the last date. A copy of
