meet with Seniors (with their teachers permission!) to assist in completing college applications.
Miss Seahawk Pageant: The 6th Annual Franklin County School Miss Seahawk Pageant will be Feb. 28th in the FCS
cafetorium. To be eligible, young ladies must be enrolled in FCS & be in grades PreK through 11 th grade. Entry fee is $65

AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING: After school tutoring is now being offered on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Parents will need to fill out a tutoring
form at FCS campus. There is a waiting list for KG-8th grade tutoring! H/S students may contact their teachers directly to
see if a tutoring slot is available. For more info call 670-2800.
**ACTIVITY BUS: The activity bus will depart at 5:15pm on Mondays thru Thursdays. The Activity Bus is for students being supervised by a
school staff member for after school activities. Unsupervised students should be sent to the front office so parents can be contacted.

Franklin County Adult School GED Tutoring Classes & Testing Center
GED TUTORING CLASSES have resumed on the Franklin County School Campus on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:00pm-8:00pm in
the elementary multi-purpose building computer lab. For information on tutoring classes contact Nick OGrady at 670-2810, ext. 4110.
If interested in taking the GED Test, go to www.ged.com & register to take the test, choosing the Franklin County site for testing.
You will not be able to take the test on the same day that you register, so register early! The website also contains information on what
is needed to prepare for the test. The testing site is at the Franklin County District Office (old Brown Elementary School).
Testing hours of are: Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays from 9:00am to 2:00pm and Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:00am
10:00pm. For more information call 670-2810 ext. 4127 on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
