Description: The Boston Children's Hospital has billing data coming from EPIC and Cerner Source systems.
There are two types of Billing Systems. Hospital billing and Professional Billing. The data coming from Epic
and Cerner is brought into the Staging Area. Data from Staging area is transformed and loaded into the EDW.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for definition, development and testing of processes/programs necessary to Extract data from
Source systems, Transform data, and Load it into data warehouse using Informatica Power center.
Created complex mappings in Power Center Designer using Source Qualifier, Expression, Lookup, Filter,
Sequence Generator and Update Strategy transformations.
Created several Informatica mappings to populate the data into Dimensions and Fact Tables.
Used Netezza bulk writer in Informatica to load the data into the target.

Description: The Ohio state project deliverables included developing a detailed approach to source data from
the source to EDW. The source systems include BIAR, MITS, ODJFS AND IES and the subject areas include
claims, reference and providers. The scope of the project is to load the data from various source systems to
CSA and then to the Pre-load before moving it to the EDW. Data from the source files will be loaded as-is into
the CSA -conformed staging area with data masking and then loaded to Teradata landing zone (LZ) tables in
preload using Informatica ETL mappings.CSA will be a transient staging area. Data from CSA will be moved
into PRELOAD and then to EDW with minimum transformations.
Responsibilities:
