CAREER ADVANCEMENT DEPARTMENT

Introduction
Introduction:1

This is the most important session where we acquaint the students about the necessity
of Goal Setting.

We have to keep the session very informal, interactive, and full of enthusiasm, fun and
energy so that they look forward to attend the soft skill sessions.

At the same time, we have to draw their attention towards questions like: What is
goal ?/ What is the need of goal? What are the types of goal? Etc.

As facilitators we have to make them understand that they need to set/review their goal
and we are also required to help them making a right plan to achieve their goal.

Instructional Objective:
Encouraging students to set & review their Goal.
