*Note: Optional ingredients (if you chose not to use fly ash set cement/cementitious ratio to 1)
Note:Air Entrainer - Recommanded Dosage of Micro-Air (8 - 98ml/100kg of Cement)
Indicate the variables in the mixture design and admixture
Instructions
You can only change whats in the yellow boxes.
Step 1: You want to know your water/cementitious ratio to find the strength if the concrete.
Indicates the Water/Cementitious Ratio
Step 2: Look on Table 4: Water Requirement and chose the amount of slump that you want, (20mm max size of
aggregate). In thus case the slump doesn't matter much because we aren't working the concrete much.
Indicates the Water
Step 3: Density is obtained by changing the amount (kg/m3) of total fine aggregate, gravel, and by changing the
cement/cementitious ratio. To adjust the density use goal seeker to always keep the yield at 1m3. In goal Seeker,
set cell to E34, value to 1, and change either the total fine or the gravel to find an answer
The Density is what you are looking for when designing the mix
Step 4: The dosage of admixture is last, I don't know how much air it will give so you have to take a guess!

Instructions
You can only change what in the yellow boxes, keep in mind that
you want to stay within the lower and upper limits of ASTM C 33
Note if you go outside the limits it will take extra cement and lower
your strength.
