SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

resolution;
c. The simplification of the issues;
d. The necessity or desirability of amendments to the pleadings;
e. Obtain stipulations or admissions of facts and documents to avoid
unnecessary proof;

The limitation on the number of witnesses;

Marking for identification of evidence of the parties;

h. The advisability of preliminary reference of issues to a

commissioner;

The propriety of rendering judgment on the pleadings or summary

judgment or of dismissing the action should a valid ground
therefore be found to exist;

Waiver of objections to admissibility of evidence;

k. Such other matters as will promote a fair and expeditious trial.
