Corporation,who seeks our
clienteles satisfaction through high

quality.Manage to be the best oriental
food restaurant,based on the excellence
and of our products and
services,achieving the consolidation in
the preference of our customers.

Location:
I see my dream restaurant located in one
of the most beautiful place,Chisinau.

My restaurant will be a place where


people from different region,with
different pleasures ,religion and history
will meet.It be a place mainly oriented
for tourists because its hard to change
your way of eating in a few days and
used to a specific country food as well as
the willing to try something new and
never tasted before.A vegetarian
restaurant would allow visitors to be
happy and proud that even in Mandarin
you can feel and eat like at home.

I imagine myself a large-scaled


restaurant in round form,with warm and

soothing colors.In one big restaurant I


would like offer the most known cuisine
in the world.Also I dont want to place
walls or separate any of these.The point
is to make some new friends
among the foriengners.

Parking:

Behind the restaurant it is situated the


parking for workers and restaurant
guests.

Restaurants name:
I chose this name, because I was
wandered about the different colors of
mandarin duck. Like this bird. The food
will show very colored in oriental style.
In Feng Shui a pair of Mandarin Ducks
symbolizes happiness romance
togetherness and enduring love.
My restaurant will bring to its
customer all this. It will be a perfect
place for family lunch or romantic dinner
or a usual meeting with your friends.
Harmony, silence, elegance,
rafinement will confer a pleasant
atmosphere.

Restaurants Staff:
The restaurant staff,like hosts and
servers,will be chosen with care.
Basic requirements are:to know
Romanian,English and Rusian.They will

wear clothes in national style and other


special attributes. A chef de cuisine is
the chief cook in the restaurant.The
chief de cuisine is responsible for all
kitchen operations,including
ordering,supervision of all stations,and
development of meniu items.
Some other requirements would be:to be
benevolent sociable and
respectable.Also I would like to offer
places for foreign students who study in
Technical University of Moldova will be
selected based on the requirements
listed above and also on a simple test.

Kitchen staff:
In a such large scaled restaurant there
would be several teams of cooks and
chefs.

Chef is charge of everyone in the


kichen.
Executine chef is charge of menu
creating and personnel
administration.
Sous-Chef is the second in
command and direct assistant of
the Executive Chef.
Sauce chef is the subordinate to
the chef and the sous-chef.This
position prepares sauces,stews
and hot hors doeuvres and sauts
food to order.
Fish chef is in charge of every fish dish.
Grill chef prepares all grilled foods.
Fry Chef prepares all fried items.

And as well a large number of cleaning


staff to keep the place clean and
hygienic.

Menu:
My restaurant would mostly emphasize
of Chinese,Asian and European
cuisine.Each menu will include
traditional and daily dishes that are
usually servered breakfast,lunch,dinner
and desserts.The dishes prepared would
be served in a traditional way using the
cutlery specific for each country.

As an example of a traditional menu I
