Reminder to complete the AMLATF 2014 Refresher Training

We wish to remind you that all active IAs and ALs who were coded as of 30 August 2014 are required to
COMPLETE the annual AMLA Refresher Training course and SUBMIT the validation exam quiz on/or before
January 30, 2015. Please refer to Memorandum 2014- LC#3 AMLA 2014 Refresher Training that was released
on 30 October 2014.
The e-training may be accessed online through Manutouch, while the validation quiz is attached along with this
Memorandum AMLATF Validation Quiz.xlsm.
We would like to reiterate the procedure on:
Opening the training material in Manutouch
1. Log On to Manutouch (https://www.manutouch.com.ph)
2. Go to Reports
3. Select Secure Inbox from the drop down list
4. Click Report Name
5. Select Anit-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Training Material
6. Click Search
7. Read and Study the Training Materials before taking the quiz.
Taking the Validation Quiz

Open the attached excel file containing the validation quiz AMLATF Validation Quiz.xlsm.
Place the agents details and answer all 10 questions, do not leave any item blank.
Save the answered validation quiz in your computer.
Send the validation quiz to moises_batalla@manulife.com and noemie_liwag@manulife.com
through your own Manumail address.

In the event that you will not be able to comply, please note that we will be constrained to withhold the release
of your commissions until you have complied with the 2014 AMLATF Refresher Validation Quiz as indicated in
the Agents Contract:

AGENTS CONTRACT

3. MP and/or MFP shall periodically evaluate the AGENTs compliance with the agreed
standards:
b. Professional behavior and ethics against standards, which may be prescribed by MP and/or
MFP, the Insurance Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission and other applicable
regulatory bodies in order to protect brand excellence and the public.
Agents Commissions and Incentives
40. (a) MP and / or MFP shall have no obligation to pay and shall have the right to withhold any and all
commission and incentives on any and all violation of the Agents Contract, Agency Guidelines,
Memorandum, Circulars and other applicable rules by governing regulatory bodies.
