We are in receipt of your request for information Legal Fees for the District.
Specifically, your request was for:
1. Total Legal Fees for each respective year 2012; 2013; & 2014
2. Total Number of Due Process Filings for the same; 2012,2014, & 2014
3. Itemized breakdown legal fee descriptions for each year 2012; 2013; and 2014.
The attached table provides the information you have requested for items 1 and 3 above. Unfortunately,
the Christina School District has no reports or documents which provide information regarding the number
of due process filings.
This concludes our response to your request for information under the Delaware Freedom of Information
Act, 29 Del C. Ch. 100; in accordance with the Christina School Board Policy.
