The Petition for Small Estate Administration comes on before the Court. The evidence
being seen and heard in the manner provided by law, it is found:
1. That the facts stated in the Petition for Small Estate Administration appear to be true.
Said Last Will and Testament was executed and witnessed as provided by law and is the Last
Will and Testament of Betty Campbell.
2. The petitioner is a proper person to make such application.
3. Good cause has been shown for the administration of the estate of Betty Campbell as a
small estate and for the appointment of an executor for the estate.
4. That Charlotte Thorn is suitable and qualified to act as an executor of the estate.
Decedent waived the requirement for a bond for the Executor in her Last Will and Testament.
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. Charlotte Thorn is appointed as Executor of this small estate.
2. The Last Will and Testament of Betty Campbell dated March 26, 1999, is admitted as
the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent.
3. No bond shall be required.
4. The clerk shall issue letters accordingly.
