These sealed-combustion water heaters can be installed virtually anywhere because the fuel circuit is sealed and separated from
the room where they are located. The fan-forced-draught enables the simultaneous suctioning of the combustion air with exhaust

of the by-products of combustion outside the room, even without a ue or a chimney.

The equipment is tted with an electrical gas valve and electronic ignition with ionisation ame control. The various functions
are controlled and handled by an electronic switchboard. This system is designed to clean the fuel combustion chamber with
fresh air before every burner ignition. This process prevents any gas residue (especially in the event of liqueed gas) from causing

potentially hazardous situations.

A differential pressure switch guarantees the immediate blockage of the gas ow and shuts off the burner in case of a bad
storage of Domestic Hot Water
working operation of the exhaust fume fan or of any other anomalous exhaust operation. Ignition can be programmed by using
(DHW).
Working temperature: max 65C. the weekly timer.
The equipment is tted with a double thermostat (operation and safety).

ANTICORROSIVE COATING
GLASS-LINING: inorganic coating
(VITREOUS ENAMEL) heated
to 950C, suitable for potable
water according to DIN 4753.3
standards.

IMPORTANT: EXTRACTION AND EXHAUST KIT TO BE ORDERED WITH THE WATER HEATER

Fumes are exhausted and air is vented by through a kit, which has been especially designed and
tested for our equipment. Available in coaxial version (horizontal or vertical) or in split horizontal
version. On request are also available 90 curves and 1 meter extensions that allow to t the kit
according to every kind of installation .

EXTERNAL JACKET
Galvanized and plastic coated
steel; grey colour RAL 7035.
CATHODIC PROTECTION
Magnesium Anodes (AM) made of
special alloy AZ63, complete with
Anoden Tester (AT 1) for fast and
reliable check of anode operation
and consumption.

Sealed combustion environmentally safe; safety thermostat
to avoid any overheating and
exhaust fume control device (DCF)
