unauthorized third party.
Competition Structure
How the Competition will work is as follows. The Judging Panel will shortlist TEN
applicants who meet the criteria as set down in the Application Form and Terms of
Conditions. These TEN applicants must be available for interview and presentation
of their Business Plan/Idea to the Judging Panel. The last date to submit the
completed form is 28th February 2015.
FIVE Finalists will be selected during this process and must be available to
participate in the Business Awards Ceremony during the summit.
The Business Awards Ceremony will take place on 10th March 2015. The Winner of
the short-listed FIVE Finalists will be announced as part of the overall Bihar
Entrepreneurship Summit 2015 which will be taking place on that day.

This is a new start-up business competition; the proposed new business must
not have commenced trading.

The winning prize is as stated by the competition organizers. The prize is nontransferable, non-negotiable, and no substitution in full, or part, is possible.

The winning entrant will take a full time active role in the business.

The prize is subject in full to the terms and conditions of the competition.
Entry to the competition is only by the submission (in the prescribed format)
of a fully completed and signed official application including a passport
photograph (name in block capitals on reverse), and a Business Plan.

All the applications will be held in confidence. It is, however, the responsibility
of the applicant to take appropriate steps to protect any intellectual property
rights.

The organizers shall not be liable for any losses, taxes, liabilities or
inconvenience suffered by any entrant as a result of these terms and
conditions or entering the competition.

The organizers do not accept responsibility for (1) lost, late or undelivered
entries or (2) any technical or access issues, failure, malfunction or difficulty
that might hinder entry to the competition, or (3) any event which may cause
the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.

The organizers reserve the right to change the criteria and/or format of the
competition without prior notice.
Only the FIVE shortlisted finalists who will progress to the Business Awards
Ceremony of the competition will be given feedback on their application.
20.
The winning entrant will indemnify the organizers and their associate
companies, staff, and agents against any claims, costs, demands, expenses
and all litigation pursued against you, its members, staff and agents.
21.
The organizers reserve the right to alter or change specifics and or elements
of the overall prize subject to the market value of the prize being maintained.
