Summary
Deploying Duet Enterprise 2.0 is a coordinated effort between Microsoft and SAP. To complete certain
procedures, information must be shared between the administrators deploying the product.
The administrator checklist contains all the information that will be shared between SAP and Microsoft
administrator. Use this checklist to also verify your Duet Enterprise 2.0 configurations and during
troubleshooting.

Profile Parameters Go to Tcode RZ10 and edit the
Instance/Default profile and provide the values:

LDAP Configurations
Go to Tcode SM59 and create Type T RFC
Go to Tcode LDAP and create LDAP System Users.

Enter Microsoft Active Directory user and password


with sufficient privileges to sync directory at SAP
Go to Tcode LDAP and create LDAP Server
Go to Tcode LDAP and create LDAP Connectors
Create Roles: Go to Tcode PFCG and create roles from
template like
/IWSES/RT_ROLE_SYNC
/IWSES/RT_USER_REP
Create a new role with authorization object
S_RFCACL
Create Users and Assign Roles: Go to Tcode SU01 and create
users and assign the roles which you created in previous step
Create RFC to SharePoint: Go to Tcode SM59 and create Type
G RFC with below information:
SharePoint Web App URL with Port
Publisher account of the site
Create RFC to SAP ERP: Go to Tcode SM59 and create type 3
RFC
Trusting Configuration between SAP Netweaver Gateway
and SAP ERP: Go to Tcode /nSSO2 and enter the RFC name
which you created in step 8 and execute it.
Import SharePoint Certificate: Go to Tcode STRUST and
under node SSL Server Standard, import SharePoint certificate.
Restart ICM: Go to Tcode SMCIM and restart it
Activate Consumers: Go to Tcode SPRO -> SAP NetWeaver ->
Gateway -> OData Channel -> Configurations -> Activate or
Deactivate SAP NetWeaver Gateway
Map Users: Go to Tcode se38 and execute program
RSUSREXT to map users.
SharePoint On Premise both same user id or different
user id
SharePoint Online both same user id or Different user
id
Soamanager Configuration: Go to Tcode SOAMANAGER and
retrieve the URL for RepAdapterWSVi_Document Service.

Create RFC to SAP NetWeaver Gateway: Go to Tcode SM59


and create Type 3 RFC
Trusting Configuration between SAP ERP and SAP Netweaver
Gateway:
Go to Tcode SMT1 and create trusted-trusting
connection from step1.
Go to Tcode SSO2 and enter the RFC name from the
step 1 and execute it.
Create roles and assign to users: Go to Tcode PFCG and

Check Workflow configuration:
Go to Tcode SWU3 and check Automatic Customizing
workflow is done
Go to Tcode SWDD and create a sample workflow
Create type 3 RFC to connect SAP NetWeaver
Gateway
Go to Tcode SM30 and enter /IWBEP/C_SYSTEM and
maintain entries
Go to Tcode SM34 and enter /IWWRK/VC_WF_STEP
and maintain entries
Check Reporting configuration:
Go to Tcode SNRO and maintain Number Range
interval for /OSP/JOBNR and /OSP/ERPNR
Go to Tcode SM59 and create Type H RFC to SAP
NetWeaver Gateway
Go to Tcode LPCONFIG and maintain the entries for
/OSP/CO_REP_ADAPTER_WSVI_DOCUM
