PHP 25,000.00 per 3 years

C. Control Test between contractors/ principal

D. Semi- Annual Report instead of Annual Report accdg. to D.O. 18-A
E. Provides summary proceeding for cancellation of COR
F. Right to security of tenure of the contractors employees
G. Contract & Services Agreement
H. Administrative fee of 10%
I. Notify DOLE to the extension area
J. Observe due process of termination in employment not less than 5 months
K. Prohibition of repeated hiring of employees under employment contract of
short duration ( 5 months employment contract) or under service
agreement duration of the same or different contractors
