SCOTT FRICKMAN
Chief Operating Officer

Scott Frickman has over twenty-five years in

financial markets, mergers and acquisitions,
construction, project management, and operations.
Having earned a Masters in Business Administration

he worked in international financial markets for several years before starting

his own company. Initially, he focused on various syndication schemes,
raising capital and acquiring various assets where he directly managed the
enhancement of those assets, thereby increasing value for the venture. In
later years he engaged in the development of new projects, always with a
focus on “development with sustained profitability”.

TONY BROMHAM
Technical Engineering Director

Tony has served a technician apprenticeship,

subsequently achieving more than 45 years
experience in light, medium and heavy engineering
construction and maintenance in the onshore and

offshore rigs. Tony's experience in construction and engineering

management provides a steady hand for the management team.

BILL BUCHANAN
Director of Operations & Senior Project
Manager

Bill has over thirty-five years experience in the oil

and gas construction and engineering industry
having worked from supervisory level to senior
management. His experience in onshore and

offshore rig construction serves him well as a Project Manager. Currently,

Bill is Director of Operations & Senior Project Manager with responsibility
over all project managers, engineers and other support members. As Senior
Project Manager, Bill interacts with project clients on a regular basis,
managing the development and construction of the various projects his
team oversees.

MURRAY N C CLARK
Financial Controller

Murray has over fifteen years experience in

accountancy, the last five years serving in the
Middle East . Murray is responsible for directing a
staff of ten in areas of accounting, payroll,
receivables and payables. He provides a strong financial leadership to the
company

MANOJ NINAN KOSHY

Senior Engineering Manager

Manoj is a Mechanical Engineer by profession and

has been working in the Middle East for the past
fourteen years in both offshore and onshore projects
related to the oil and gas industry. Manoj is
responsible for overseeing a staff of over 100
personnel in all areas of design engineering.

MIKE BUTCHER
Senior HSE Manager

Mike has over 18 years experience in HSE

management, with project experience in all aspects
of construction, oil and gas, heavy and light

engineering and water sector projects. He is experienced in the compilation,

implementation and control of recognised management systems, including;
ISO 9001; 14001; OHSAS 18001. He holds memberships in; Chartered
Member Institute Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH); Member of
International Institute Risk Safety Management (MIIRSM); Associate
Institute Environmental Management and Assessment (AIEMA).

RON LIGHTSEY
Senior Yards Manager

Ron has over 20 years of management and

supervisory experience in the construction of new

build jack up rigs, offshore fixed leg platforms,

drilling rig modification, modules and ship building. His experience includes
fabrication erection sequence, load outs, heavy lift rigging procedures and
fabrication yard upgrades.
