Note: The District Clerk refused to put any of the exhibits 1-15 shown below on the Case
Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system in violation of the Court's Administrative
Procedures Order, No. 6:07-MC-0027-0RL-19, by Chief Judge Patricia C. Fawsett, signed February
28, 2007. The Court's CM/ECF Order requires pro se to file in paper format unless authorized to file
electronically, but provides no information on how to obtain authorization.
"III(C) PRO SE FILER: Unless authorized to file electronically, a pro se filer shall file any
pleading and other paper in paper format. The Clerk will scan and file these papers
electronically and will also maintain a paper file of such documents. If authorized by the
assigned Judge, a party proceeding pro se may file electronically. If authorized to file
electronically, the pro se filer must follow these procedures."
Plaintiff's Motion to File Electronically (Doc. 6) was denied (Doc. 17). See Consolidated Notice of
Pro Se Electronic Case Filing Prohibition by District Court, which appears at Exhibit 4 to Motion to
Apply Funds Toward Filing Fees (Doc. 70). See my letter to Sheryl Loesch April 15, 2012 which
appears at Exhibit 8 to Consolidated Notice ofPro Se Electronic Case Filing Prohibition by District
Court.(Doc. 70, Exhibit 4). No response yet from District Clerk Loesch.
