SPB ALJ Peremptory Strike List


SPB Case No: 15-0144
Each party scheduled to appear at an evidentiary hearing before a State Personnel Board (SPB)
Administrative law Judge (ALJ), will have the choice of striking one ALJ from the list below. This
strike of an ALJ will prevent that particular ALJ from conducting the hearing during which
evidence will be taken regarding this case. If you strike more than one ALJ, only the first
stricken ALJ, nearest the top of the list, will be honored. In addition to noting which ALJ is to be
struck, the declaration below must be fully executed or the filing will be considered incomplete
and will not be accepted. Please review California Code of Regulations (CCR), section 56.2, for

Please take notice that the above-captioned matter has been set for a Prehearing and Settlement
