Operations (MISO) in the areas of doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership and personnel.
Successfully championed initiatives to restructure forces, update doctrine and establish working
groups from both active and reserve components to revamp the future of MISO.
Efficiently planned, programmed, and executed USSOCOMs Warfighter Talks, with the
U.S. Navy, a round table of senior Generals and Admirals committed to optimizing Special
