PART 1 - GENERAL
SCHEDULE 0 - SUMMARY
PRODUCT DATA SHEET 0 - This Section includes shotcrete applied by [dry-mix] [or]
[wet-mix] process.
SCHEDULE 1 - SUBMITTALS
PRODUCT DATA SHEET 0 - Product Data: For reinforcement, shotcrete materials,
admixtures, and curing compounds indicated.
PRODUCT DATA SHEET 1 - Shop Drawings: For detailing fabricating, bending, and
placing reinforcement.
PRODUCT DATA SHEET 2 - Design Mixes: For each shotcrete mix.
PRODUCT DATA SHEET 3 - Material [certificates] [test reports].
deformed.
Bars:
Grade 60,
PRODUCT DATA SHEET 2 - Water: Potable, complying with ASTM C 94, free from
deleterious materials that may affect color stability, setting, or strength of
shotcrete.
PRODUCT DATA SHEET 3 - Synthetic Fiber: Fibrillated polypropylene fibers engineered
and designed for use in shotcrete, complying with ASTM C 1116, Type III, not
less than 3/4 inch long.
PRODUCT DATA SHEET 4 - Chemical Admixtures: ASTM C 1141, Class A or B.
Provide admixtures for shotcrete that contains not more than 0.1 percent
chloride ions. Certify compatibility of admixtures with each other and with other
cementitious materials.
SCHEDULE 2 - CURING MATERIALS
PRODUCT DATA SHEET 0 - Absorptive Cover:
cloth.
PRODUCT DATA SHEET 2 - Proportion [dry mixes by field test data methods] [and]
[wet mixes according to ACI 211.1 and ACI 301], using materials to be used
on Project, to provide normal-weight shotcrete with the following properties:
2.1
2.2
Compressive Strength (28 Days): [5000 psi] [4500 psi] [4000 psi] [3500
psi] <Insert strength>.
Add air-entraining admixture at manufacturer's prescribed rate to result in
normal-weight, wet-mix shotcrete having an air content before pumping of
[7] [8] <Insert number> percent with a tolerance of plus or minus 1-1/2
percent.

Protect freshly placed shotcrete from premature drying and excessive cold
or hot temperatures.
Start initial curing as soon as free water has disappeared from shotcrete
surface after placing and finishing.
Curing Exposed Surfaces: Cure shotcrete by the following methods:
A.
B.
testing agency to sample materials, visually grade cores, perform tests, and
submit reports during shotcreting.
