From the above, the plus (+) pertains to instances where one certification covers one or more
offices/units in one Department/agency.
For the Department of Health (DOH), its ISO-QMS certification covers all Services, Bureaus,
and Regional Offices. In the case of other agencies, they have multiple ISO-QMS
certifications because their field offices obtained ISO-QMS certification separately from each
other.
In the current practice of the DAP, it is the number of certification that is being counted.
Hence, it arrived to 174 certifications.
The list of the government entities which have already obtained ISO 9001 certified QMS and
which are having their ISO certification efforts are as follows:

The PN has enhanced its human resource management as
it integrated the processes on recruitment and retirement.

As a result, requirements for retirement are processed in
Personnel Management Center
a short period of time.
Naval Adjutant
Education and Training Center
The PN has an on-going ISO-QMS certification for
logistic command and shipyard.
The PAF is now challenged by the improved quality of
service of the PN.
It is suggested that the General Headquarters (GHQ)
should also have its ISO-certified QMS. The
organizational set-up of the GHQ is deemed not in order.
However, with the approval of its RP, its organizational
structure will already be reflective with its mandate and
functions.
