This is a Permanent Resident Visa given for 5 years along with spouse and children.
If you stay for complete 3 yrs you are eligible for Citizenship and you can enjoy dual
citizenship (applicable for most of the nationals).
To qualify for this visa an individual should score minimum 67 points based on
Age;
Education;
Experience;
Language proficiency in English or French;
Adaptability (Spouse language skills and Sponsor close blood relative)
Have any foreign educational credentials assessed, authenticated, and given an equivalent
value in Canada, by designated assessing authorities.
On this visa spouse is equally eligible to work like the primary applicant.
To establish the financial status you are required to maintain funds which will vary depending
on the number of applicants applying - if the applicant is single, with spouse, with children
etc.

1st Stage: Upon 30K payment

No Refund in case of:

Non submission of required documents within 30 days after sign up

Withdrawal of Y-Axis services at any time after sign up
Failure to complete IELTS test (principal applicant) as per the projected CLB level mentioned in your technical
evaluation report.
Failure to complete IELTS test (dependent spouse) as per the projected CLB level mentioned in your technical evaluation
report.
Visa rejection due to submission of fraudulent documentation or on invalid employment verification.
Failure to complete Medical test or obtain Police Clearance Certificate during the visa application process
Visa rejection due to Medical result or back ground verification.
