CONCLUSIONES
La presente investigacin permiti aplicar diferentes instrumentos como 341 encuestas al
cliente externo en el municipio de San Juan de Pasto y 4 entrevistas al cliente interno
(lderes de las diferentes reas involucradas), con el fin de generar un diagnostico general
y especifico de los diferentes factores que estn involucrados en el rea de autorizaciones
mdicas, y conocer que perspectiva tienen quienes interactan de manera directa en
indirecta con la prestacin del servicio.
Los jueces han tenido un papel protagnico en el sistema de salud. En la prctica, miles
de conflictos y reclamaciones que no fueron atendidos por el sistema terminaron siendo
resueltos en los estrados judiciales, mediante sentencias de tutela. Para el caso de
SaludVida EPS una de las polticas y directrices ha sido 0% de radicaciones de acciones
de tutela pos, sin embargo, debido a las dificultades que ha experimentado la compaa
frente a los distintos como CTC, contratacin, coordinacin mdica, etc, ha dificultado el
cumplimento de este indicador.
CONCLUSIONS
This research allowed to apply different instruments as 341 external customer surveys in
the town of San Juan de Pasto and 4 internal customer interviews (leaders of the different
areas involved), in order to generate a general and specific diagnosis of the different
factors who are involved in the area of medical authorizations, and have found that
prospect who directly interact indirectly with the service.
Judges have played a leading role in the health system. In practice, thousands of disputes
and claims that were not served by the system ended up being resolved in the courts, by
judgments of guardianship. In the case of SaludVida EPS of policies and guidelines has
been 0% of filings actions towards protection, however, because of the difficulties
experienced by the company in relation to other as CTC, contracting, medical
coordination, etc. has hindered the fulfillment of this indicator.
EPS SaludVida Company based in the city of San Juan de Pasto, presents critical factors
such as; delay in delivery of medical authorizations, delays in the delivery of drugs NO
POS users, centralized processes CTC, contracting, medical coordination, overload of
responsibilities in the area of medical clearance by a person; which has led to decrease
the quality of services provided to users and therefore their lives, which is why it is
important to create a proposal that offers an improvement plan for the area of medical
authorizations to take preventive action against with regulations and competition.
RECOMENDACIONES
Se debe contratar personal adicional en el rea de autorizaciones mdicas, con el fin de
proporcionar eficiencia al actual proceso en la mencionada rea, lo cual evitara la
sobrecarga laboral y de actividades que son ejecutadas actualmente por una persona.
Descentralizacin de los actuales procesos; como CTC, contratacin, coordinacin
mdica, referencia y contra referencia, etc. Para las diferentes regionales de SaludVida
E.P.S; deben ser una prioridad ya que permitir tomar decisiones para la eficiencia en la
prestacin del servicio de salud y de esta manera mejorar el nivel de satisfaccin y calidad
de vida de los afiliados.
Posibilitar la apropiacin y autonoma en el manejo de recursos para la realizacin de
actividades en las estrategias planteadas, lo cual permitir mejorar los actuales procesos
en las diferentes reas y mantener un alto grado de satisfaccin a los usuarios en la
compaa.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Must hire additional staff in the area of medical authorizations in order to provide efficiency
to the current process in the mentioned area, which will prevent the employment and
activities that are currently executed by a person overload.
Decentralization of current processes; as CTC, contracting, medical coordination, referral
and counter-referral, etc. For different regional SaludVida EPS; should be a priority as it
will make decisions for the efficient delivery of health care and thereby improve the level of
satisfaction and quality of life of the members.
Enabling ownership and autonomy in the management of resources for the implementation
of activities in the proposed strategies, which will improve the current processes in
different areas and maintain a high degree of user satisfaction with the company.
